We've built our 'Unlocking Hearts Impact' workshops, facilitations, and strategy sessions on a strong foundation of proven theories, such as Social Cognitive Theory, the Deprivation Trap of Poverty, and Circular Economy. We use these theories to make real-world impact through our workshops and projects.
The workshop’s approach is that of experiential activities, which included interactive exercises, simulation and group activities that directly related to the team project and relevant interpersonal dynamics. These experiences were designed to be immersive and thought-provoking, prompting participants to step outside their comfort zones and explore new perspectives. Alongside this is guided reflection, followed by structured reflection phase, which included individual intersection, group sharing and conceptual framework, all adding to the team dynamics with application to the team project.
